Mission Statement
Outlaw Roots Greenhouse (ORG), is a hyper-local Public Benefit Corporation (B Corp)* that empowers members by teaching self-sufficiency without traditional agricultural training.
To build self-sufficiency by empowering communities to act locally, eat and produce healthy, sustainable food, craft finished consumables, arts, and crafts.
OUR BENEFITS
By 2030, ORG will serve 28M people to generate value for Outlaw-Members with the dual mandate of public benefit and revenue.

Think locally, act locally. Build communities that are self-sufficient.
Acting locally means that Outlaws put our time where our values are, and we earn a living wage for doing it. We celebrate each other’s skills and talents and we put them to work for the community.

Promote healthy, sustainable food, and clean water for current and future generations.
Food should be grown in local dirt, protected from pests with natural methods, non-GMO, not hormones. Our methods of production come from solar, wind, and foraging, hunting and fishing that comes to us in our specific zones.

Replace goods from global industrialization with local production.
Local production stimulates a local economy and creates sustainable, low waste items. This comes in the form of painting, sewing, and the making of beauty and cleaning products.
Our Members.
It will take an army of people to achieve this goal. Each one has a different part to play in the Greenhouse project, each one and outlaw in their own way.
WE HAVE A PLAN

During series B, we will raise funds for physical retail, where ORG Members will have community space for offices, retail, and and equipment library.
About
Julie Godfrey-McGowan

Founder and Outlaw Boss
An industry-recognized thought leader in data, business, innovation, and technology transformation. After 10 years in the big city, she is at home in West Tennessee, where she encountered a big problem. The farming community is spending their generational wealth at Walmart and Amazon, while the margins on commercial farming are withering away to nothing. Rural Americans are so dependent on late-stage capitalism, that we have forgotten that we have the freedom to grow.
